Looking to improve your running performance? Eager to learn how to run with greater ease and less effort? Maybe just want to go for a fun run? Join Physical Therapist and founder of Find Yourself Running Trent Corey, as he leads free runs with some basic tips based on ChiRunning concepts. What's ChiRunning? Runners learn to use core strength to move energy from the center of the body to create movement. An engaged core shifts the effort away from the legs, improving running form and efficiency. Running takes less effort when the body's structure is aligned and muscles and joints can relax. A runner himself, Trent strongly believes that simple changes to a runner's form can yield dramatic improvements in performance. He is passionate about keeping runners healthy and injury free.
