Join an intimate circle of women for a journey toward self-healing through written expression. This is a free intro to the ongoing series, continuing on Monday evenings, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Classes do not build upon each other and can be taken out of sequence.

The workshops include check-ins; guided visualization; inspiring writing prompts; exercises to invite us to connect with the creative, the divine and ourselves through writing; optional sharing of writing; individual energy healing; and dialogue. No writing experience required!

For these workshops, Marn Norwich fuses her background as an intuitive energy therapist with her experience as a writing workshop facilitator (http://marninorwich.com/intuitive-energy-work/).

Workshops are designed to empower women to connect with their creative selves and inner knowing while giving and receiving support in a safe, welcoming environment.

The free intro is generously hosted by Vancity and will be held at the Vancity Community Stage, at 1675 Commercial Drive, on Thursday June 6, 2019, from 6:30 – 8:30 pm.
