This seems like a good goal to aim for this year - 200km (about 124 miles). This is an elongated version of the Two Loopy Ton, running on some of the same roads and trying to keep things as flat as possible but invariably a bit harder than the 100mile version with some more climbing.

As with the two loopy ton ride - three pit stops scheduled for quick refuelling, and if you are struggling - we more or less follow the train stations on the way back for a train ride back to the start.

The caveat here - we'd need to try and keep moving promptly. It could well be a 10-12 hour day and it gets dark at 19:30.
So there's an earlier than normal start - starting early at 08:00.
