Vegan for life. :)
Forks over Knives was the catalyst for my husband early 2012 which made it easy for me to transition our family at home.
Health and environment are driving forces, but the treatment of animals is what keeps me meat and dairy-free. If nothing else, people need to know where their food comes from.
We were eating at Blue Koi one Saturday and there was a meetup group there, so I looked it up!
