Tour of Veg-Friendly Trailer Parks: Part One - Longhorn Food Court Dine Out

This is the first stop on what we hope will be an annual fall ritual: The Tour of Veg-Friendly Trailer Parks!

There are new veggie/dessert trailers at LFC: Moses Falafel and Capital City Bakery, as well as an old favorite, Conscious Cravings.

Conscious Cravings offers healthy, delicious, and affordable vegetarian and vegan fare.

Moses Falafel is dedicated to making traditional Israeli, 100% vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher falafel.

Capital City Bakery's baked goods are 100% vegan, made fresh daily, cholesterol-free, and made from locally-sourced/organic ingredients when possible.

Aw, man...Susan just changed her status to 'not going'. She was indispensible at Saturday's Gathering of the Tribes and made a mean tub of pasta salad! Proper thank yous are forthcoming...
