Chef David Burt of Four Square Meals will prepare a plant-based Thanksgiving-themed Dinner for the Vegetarian Community to enjoy. Here’s the menu:

Mixed Nuts and Raisins
Kale and Spinach Salad with Herbed Dressing and Apples
Seitan Roast with Gravy
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Spiced Beets and Carrots
Aronia Berry Sauce
Pumpkin Pie Bars

$18 including tax

Let's take this opportunity to provide food for area residents who might not be able to afford a Thanksgiving meal by bringing along canned goods (or a monetary contribution) for the Johnson County Food Bank. I'll make a delivery to the Food Bank on Monday, Nov. 17.
