Join the VSDC Singles Group for a free jazz concert at the Sculpture Garden at the National Gallery of Art. Let’s meet at the North entrance to the Sculpture Garden at 4:30 pm (for those who cannot make it that early, we will provide instructions on where to find us as the day gets closer). The music is Doc Scantlin’s Palmettos (1920s and 1930s big band music). The café in the sculpture garden offers some vegetarian fare, such as hummus. You might want to bring your own food and maybe a towel or blanket to sit on. The concert goes from 5 to 8:30 pm.
