“This is a group for men & women interested in "ADULT TIME OUTS". I started this group for VEGANS who want socially conscious ADVENTURES that cater to: self care and improvement, healing and restoration and mindful PLANT-BASED eating, and ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE OUTDOOR FUN like: hiking, cycling, snorkeling, camping, kayaking, bouldering, etc.

My company, Panther Training, LLC is hosting three adult #FITTRIPS or better known as "ADULT TIME OUTS!"

Two trips will be within the U.S.A. (Midwest location and Arizona), one trip in September will be scheduled for Costa Rica. All logistics, requirements, travel and lodging as well as payment options will be coordinated thru my partnership with TripTribe.

Let's make 2020 the TRANSFORMATION DECADE and NO LOOKING BACK.

Hello All !
It's been a ride for 2020 and now we are READY to host another fitness retreat, September 17-19, 2021

Here are the specifics as of TODAY (April 26th, 2021)

We can RESERVE (with a deposit) this "Entertainment Cabin" for the weekend if we have 12 other participants. We will need to know by Mid MAY based on the RSVP numbers and the collection of the 50% ($100.00) deposit per person. The Wilderness Villas & Condos require a deposit to secure the cabin. You will receive a receipt showing your payment and securing you spot.

The remaining balance is DUE AUGUST 1st, 2021

We can have up to 14 people. This leaves 12 guests: (Jose and I count as two since we are the hosts). *If by AUG. 1st, the 12 spots are not filled, we will downsize to a smaller (but still a stellar cabin) to save money. The weekend fee will then be pro-rated, adjusted and refunded if needed.
I would still budget for $200 (you can use it for entertainment).

Here is the FIRST of the information on the trip, lodging and the weekend:

The cost of the cabin for the weekend is close to $2000, this includes rental, taxes, and the Dells Wilderness surcharge, plus an admission ticket to The Wilderness. (Breakdown: Divided by 14 people: $143/ per person for the rental).

Your weekend total fee: $200.00

The additional fee of $57.00 is broken down as follows:
$20.00 is for your share of the FOOD & SNACKS & Paper/cleaning products that will be purchased for the cook.

You will be given a chance to select a few menu options prior to the event. (I am cooking and Jose is BBQ'ing).
You will get (4) four meals: Friday dinner, Sat. breakfast, Sat. BBQ dinner and Sun. breakfast. ALL VEGAN SOUL FOOD!!
You can BYOB and BYOS (snacks)

$20.00 covers the Hostess' and cook's gratuity, person for the weekend!!

$17.00 left over....whooohooo!
Be sure to budget for your gas/transportation RT.
Figure you will use a full tank of gas for a RT

This is a GREAT deal for this beautiful 3,200 sq. ft. 3-levels, 5 bedrooms 3- full bathrooms, full updated kitchen w/ all appliances, wet bar, media room w/ 110' screen (bring a movie), indoor whirlpool, deck w/grilling and pit, WIFI, Fireplace, multiple big screens etc.

Where does the FITNESS part come in???
We will be hosting a hike Friday evening & Saturday morn we'll head out to another trail hiking or on your bike or go to the Wilderness park.
Sunday, chill and relax before check out and heading back home.

ATTENDEE NOTES: Adults Only on this trip!
All units are NON-SMOKING (inside)
WE are the daily housekeepers
Claudia is the designated cook
Check-in 4:00 p.m., Sept. 17th (Friday)
Check-out 11:00 a.m., Sept. 19th (Sunday)

COVID NOTICE: We are hoping that Covid-19 will be under control by September. This may be controversial, but NON- negotiable: re are requiring ALL participants to be vaccinated before the event.
Since we will all be close together and eating together, etc. we ALL want to have a great time! In order to ensure that happens, and we don't have to wear masks all day and night; this is a requirement.

LIABILITY WAIVER: All participants will be required to sign a Liability Waiver from Panther Training, LLC (the company hosts) prior to attending.
