Come join us for an incredible week of learning, playing and eating amazing food in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. In addition to yoga twice daily, we’ll be hiking, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and much more, which will allow you to reconnect and commune with nature in all its glory.
This week is all about the lessons we can learn from yoga, and how we can incorporate them into our daily lives in order to find peace, health and happiness. Yoga is an amazing physical practice, but that physical practice was originally built to facilitate spiritual growth. Through several different styles of yoga (including traditional Hatha, Ashtanga, Restorative, Yin and Partner/Cirque yoga), ancient texts, breath work and meditation, we will get to the heart of what a yoga practice can offer. You’ll go home with a better understanding of the history and purpose of yoga, and a clear path to utilizing yoga for your own goals.
Best of Raw Award – nominated Chef Amanda will lovingly prepare all of our meals and snacks (yes, we get snacks!). All our food is raw, vegan, GMO-free, gluten-free and as organic as possible. All nuts and seeds are soaked or sprouted. We use stevia and whole fruit as sweeteners. We use oil very, very rarely, and when we do use it, it is extra virgin, cold-pressed, raw coconut oil.
We are staying in a big, beautiful house on the Southern coast of Kauai in Poipu Beach with amazing views and within a two minute walk of the ocean.
