Seven Hills, 5 miles - Meet at Vivaldi Park

Name: Henderson Seven Hills (Vivaldi Park to Sonata)
Total distance: 4.8 miles
Total time to complete: 1.5 - 2 hours
Elevation Change: 1000 feet
Elevation Trailhead: 2200 feet
Scrambling: a brief off trail rocky section but no use of hands
How easy to follow? marked but with many turns
Dogs: yes, must remain on a leash
Children: yes (it is your responsibility to make sure they can do it)
Bathrooms: at parks

Bring water: 64 oz or more

Bring flashlight too.

Trailhead Directions

From St. Rose parkway take Seven Hills drive. The entrance to Vivaldi Park is on your right after you pass Sunridge Heights Parkway, pass Elementary school, pass real estate commercial building, 1/2 mile you will see the sign on your right Vivaldi Park - where we meet.

Description:

This is a paved walking path connecting some of the parks in Seven Hills. There is one short off trail slightly rocky section we take to make this into a loop.

      I wear running shoes. Most of the hike is paved, however there is a short area with dirt and rocks-- my shoes get scuffed up a little. see you later:)
