Okay, so I *was* going to ask this at the Meetup, but seeing as how that didn't work out...

I have my very first front end design interview next Friday. It will include some pair programming, something I have no experience with. (On the design end I've always been an army of one.) Some Googling turned up a theory that pair programming is an exercise more in communication than problem solving. Has this been your experience? I'd *love* your feedback. Thank you in advance!

Pair programming is like playing jazz. When it works, you riff off each other.

Thanks, DeShawn and Terence! That pretty much confirms my theory. Since I don't have as much experience as the rest of the group, I thought it (hopefully) wise to ask. Thank you both again!

Hey guys sorry I couldn't make it to Gold Spike, I had something come up right as I parked. Thanks for hosting this meetup though! Fantastic first experience. Both the 3d presentation and of course the meow shoes were outstanding!! Happy to meet you folks! Cheers!

Is there a specific place to park?

    November 12, 2013

    • Kel

The parking lot behind the building is fine to park in, just don't park in the one adjacent
