In a Harvard study, fertility was shown to increase 80% with people who made natural lifestyle changes including yoga, meditation and diet! Also, doing yoga to strengthen and encourage elasticity in the pelvic floor is extremely helpful to fortify your body to prepare for pregnancy and to keep you healthy during pregnancy.

We will come together and share wisdom, practices, tips, fertility yoga, nutrition information, and channeled guidance to support you in your fertility.
