Come and learn a little bit about what it means to have a plant based diet and learn some tips and tricks to try introducing more plant based food in your diet. If you are vegan or you already have a mostly plant based diet you can share your experience and your thoughts about your lifestyle and in the meanwhile you can learn new recipes.
I have a diploma in Macrobiotic Counseling and Natural Cousine from "La Sana Gola" in Milan. I have a Raw Food Cooking certification from the Matthew Kenney Culinary Academy in Venice as well. I'm expert in vegan, gluten free, macrobiotic cooking and baking. Also expert in salicylic acid and histamine sensitive cooking.
