In our Free Meditation-Happy Hour we'll explore the ancient science of the mind, learn powerful breathing-techniques that infuse the body with energy, and experience a deep guided meditation. Join us to meet and socialize with like minded people, and interact with experienced meditation teachers and fellow meditators. In this gathering we'll explore the elegant Mind-Breath-Body connection, and how we can consciously use our breath to:
• Live in the present moment
• Break through our barriers and realize our full potential
• Learn how to manage our emotions
• Get Happy and live a happier life!
This free meditation session is open to all with any or no experience with meditation, yoga or breathing.
