What we're about

This Meetup group is an open forum for Wellness professionals inclusive of all modalities to better understand wellness as a whole and to continue to improve on the answers to "What is Wellness."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Members can create and host groups to proliferate connections for our community of mental wellness professionals.  Any individual, group, agency or organization may host a meetup with approval.

It is with great hope, this group will serve the wellness community in building awareness and capacity to learn, grow, and support each other in developing a more expansive knowledge-base inclusive of all modalities to further serve the wellness needs of our clients/patients. Meetups can be for the purposes of education, support, networking, social connections, and community awareness.

These opportunities may include: building confidence in your skills, practicing self-care, managing vicarious trauma, making the most of your supervision and other resources, acclimating to your new role as a mental health practitioner, and developing a professional network for referrals.
