She has a unique portfolio leading global teams in tech organizations and teaching mindfulness and stress mastery to enhance performance and human potential. She founded Mindful Stress Management, whose mission is to provide evidence-based tools for individuals and organizations experiencing stress, overwhelm, change, helping eliminate roadblocks to success and wellbeing. Terre is a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Instructor from UMass Medical School, Center for Mindfulness, a Certified Stress Mastery Educator, and a Diplomate of the American Institute of Stress.
