3. Learn how to make good substitutions in your favorite recipes, to make them healthier. (Bring some of your recipes along)
4. Learn some new recipes-we will be making and sampling 4 different dishes
5. Learn the right combination of daily food intake to reduce risk of disease and maintain a healthy immune system- implementing smoothie's into your daily routine.
