VHT is participating in the following upcoming event, and we need volunteers!

Kettle Fest
Saturday, September 14,[masked] Log Cabin Road, Victor, NY 14564
GPS:[masked], [masked]

VHT will have a tent and talk to people about the trails and hand out brochures.

We need volunteers for these times:
9:00 a.m. – 11:00 (2 volunteers – includes set up of tent).
10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (2 volunteers)
12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. (2-3 volunteers)
1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. (2-3 volunteers – includes take down of tent) Becky Jones

VHT will be at the tent from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and we appreciate any time you can help out.

If you are able to volunteer, please RSVP here on Meetup, or contact me at [masked] right away!

IMPORTANT: Because parking is limited, please park and hike from the Gorbel parking area as shown above. Also, you should have free entry, however, in the event you are charged entry, VHT will be glad to reimburse the fee in appreciation of your volunteering.

Gates open to the public at 10AM and the festival ends at 4PM. You may come to set up as early as 7AM. Please be sure to move your vehicle to the parking area no later than 9:30AM. With just a couple of exceptions, there is no ability to park your vehicle behind your booth. You will be allowed one vehicle in the on-site parking area. Any additional vehicles must be parked offsite.

10x10 spaces are marked with flags. We highly recommend bringing a pop-up tent and any tables or chairs you may need (except for those notified of your "art barn" location). You will be directed by a volunteer either to a specific spot or to a general area where you will pick a vacant spot. Please stay within your flagged area.

You will be able to drive your vehicle to pack up your booth after the festival ends at 4PM. We have reduced price admission beginning at 2PM and expect a good crowd right up until the end. Vehicles will not be permitted to drive through the festival grounds until after 4PM.

We ask for your help in promoting KettleFest! Be sure to let all your friends, family and followers know about it. Attached to this email are some suggested images for social media use. The festival website is http://www.kettlefest.com
