    “This is a group for anyone interested in sleep, sleeping, dreaming, reviving, restoring, and waking restored. Anyone interested in listening to and communicating with their body, and understanding and exploring the holistic, emotional, and physical worlds of sleep. It's about how make the most of the 1/3 of your life you spend asleep, how to fall asleep, stay asleep, become engaged in sleep and, of course, how to wake up. That is, to be conscious. All skill levels are welcome. ”
