Headquartered in Hong Kong, the product uniquely supports Asia-specific search engines like Baidu, in addition to Google. Customers include Microsoft, Airbnb, Adobe, Expedia, among others. Prior to founding the company, Simon lived in Hong Kong and mainland China for 6 years, studying Chinese and working at online marketing agencies. In his free time, Simon is likely found pursuing one of his ever-changing hobbies from game programming to music production and marathon running.

At Hooch, Phillip manages the product, writes code, and anything else that the company needs. Phillip has built a wide variety of systems, ranging from small consumer apps to massive applications that support 8 billion requests a day. He started his career working in the financial industry, and has since been going to smaller and smaller companies. His previous stops include a data aggregator and an adtech company. Outside of technology, he can be found at a cocktail bar or, when he has a lot of free time, exploring new places!

Ilya Usorov is the founder of day100 (https://www.day100.me/), a EQ assessment platform for smarter hiring. Prior to founding day100, Ilya graduated from the New York University Stern School of Business, did a brief stint at Swiss Re and then went on to be one of the founding employees at the New York practice of Synpulse, a Swiss boutique management consulting firm. At Synpulse, Ilya developed the People strategy during the first 3 years of the New York practice. Ilya organizes the monthly New York-based People & Tech Series (https://www.meetup.com/People-Tech-Series/) and occasionally teaches non-technical founders how to code through the Fullstack Founder Factory program
