What we're about

On Tuesday evenings at 7pm and 8pm and Saturdays at 8am on the lake, Vineyard Yoga: Connecting Community will start a new journey of holistic spirituality. We hold that wholeness encompasses spiritual, mental and physical movement, connection and stillness. We breathe, settle and ground ourselves in faith and in the knowledge that we are exactly where we are suppose to be, and we let the inward journey flow. We trust the flow of the journey. “The farther the outward journey takes you, the deeper the inward journey must be.” Henri Nouwen Unite with us on Tuesday nights at 7pm in the sanctuary and Saturday mornings at 8am at our lakeside chapel. 220 Horatio Avenue West, Maitland, Florida.

Join us for all level yoga as we explore meditations, yoga poses and community coming together as one. Alberta yoga teacher (300 hr RYT, Trauma-conscious Informed teacher) will lead the group.

If you haven't already tried on Saturday, 9:00 am yoga ~~ ALL LEVEL ~~ consider starting your Saturday with self-care. Invite family/friends!
