NEW YOGA CLASS - APRIL 1! Join Marsha for 75 minutes of breath work, asana (movement), and meditation every Monday evening at Wells. This class is a great choice for those new to yoga as well as for practitioners who wants to get back to basics. Through this practice of mindful movement, expect to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and body awareness, as well as steadiness of mind and mood.
