What we're about

As much as walking helps you to shed those extra kilos, it also tones your body and shapes you well. "If you are looking out for an exercise that will shape your body, especially the lower half, there is nothing better than walking.". The walks provide the opportunity to improve health, make new friends and get to know the local environment. All the walks are free, there is no need to book, and everyone is welcome.
