Are you suffering from depression and/or anxiety? Are you looking for a community to connect with? We are a group dedicated to mental health and wellness. We work together and support each other in bettering ourselves and our lives. We create activities to connect, inspire, and improve our health.

This is an open, judgement free group. We are non-denominational and respectful of others values, beliefs, genders, preferences, ideas, and privacy. This group is not run by a mental health professional, so each person is responsible for their own mental health care.
