This Week Gabrielle Chavez (Best Selling Author of "The Raw Food Gourmet; Going Raw for Total Well Being (http://www.powells.com/biblio?isbn=1556436130)") begins testing her best recipes (on us!) for an upcoming book, "Alive In Grace!"
This week's Sunday Supper will feature:
• Warm Miso Noodle Soup
• Mediterranean Pine Nut wraps
• Edible Flower Fall Finale
• Carob Date Coconut Fudge
• Green Stingers Fruit smoothie powered by stinging nettles
• And of course, you will want to be present for the carving of The Mother (or is it GRANDmother?) of All Watermelons, a 49 1/2 pound beauty that manifested in her garden this year (Gabrielle's watermelons have been very, very tasty and abundant).
This is a CATERED raw-vegan meal. Please RSVP here or call Gabrielle at[masked] so we can be sure to prepare enough for you.
5:30 - dinner and sharing around the tables
6:30 to 7:00 (optional) - circle time, including story-discussion, and raw communion.
As always, attendees are asked to make a gift of $10 - $20 to help with expenses. No one is turned away for lack of funds, so those who can afford to make the larger gift, please help out by doing so.
We are also trying to set up some carpooling for those who are living car-free or just want to combine rides to save money and/or resources. If you need a ride or have an extra seat please respond in the RSVP or call. Thanks!
