Stay warm through the cold months while continuing to incorporate raw foods in your diet. With a focus on seasonal and locally sourced foods, you will learn to prepare dishes that can be lightly warmed (such as soups and stews) and how to integrate foods that have a warming effect on the body.

The class is $25 (or $20 with a donation to the People's Food Co-op Drive) and will include generous samples of deliciousness for all to try, so please register by January 27th to make sure that we have enough for everyone! We'll also provide you with recipes for the treats we create together during the class, so you can hop downstairs at People's Co-op to start gathering your ingredients!
