sushiLOVE specializes in Uramaki, or “inside-out” rolls, also available as Tamaki (“hand rolls”) for half-price. Highlights include the Don’t Be Shellfish roll, featuring “sur-eel” sauce and broiled king oyster mushroom “scallops,” and the Bok Bok roll, which stars a spot-on vegan version of Pok Pok’s famous fish sauce. The menu also includes plant-based twists on classic rolls: the Avalon, California roll substitutes jackfruit for crab, and the Fresher than Fresh roll reimagines a cucumber roll with cashew-based cream cheese... plus more!
