TVW 2014: Vegan Wine and Cheese Tasting

You have probably heard from people who aren't vegan say something like "but I couldn't ever give up cheese". Perhaps you are new to the vegan lifestyle, or just starting out, and you want to know what vegan options are out there. Well, this is the event for you! This event will not only focus on sampling out various vegan cheeses, but also vegan wines you can find right here in Portland. Feel free to bring your favorite bottle of vegan wine and/or cheese to add to the supply.

I had a friend that wanted to attend this one. She is vegetarian and cheese is one thing holding her back. You should do another sometime in the year!

I don't know if we will have another one before Try Vegan Week next year, but we will have a couple of the cheeses at Vegan Prom and will definitely be hosting the event annually.

Wow you guys really came through tonight! Not only did 40 or so of you attend this event, but some of your brought wine and cheese to share, and a couple of you bought our Vegan Guide to Portland guidebook! We hope you had a great time, because we sure did! We are actually thinking this might have to become an annual event. What do you think?

Yes I like the idea of it being an annual event. Deanna....I took one of the Vegan Guides not realizing there was a charge for it. How much was it? I will pay you back. It is an excellent Guide.
