Vegan since 2009, Cooking vegan since 2005 - First became vegan for health reasons then started taking immersion cooking courses to enhance our menu with Chef Al & Mark Reinfeld. I love to cook and enjoy creating beautiful food without animal products.
I love to garden and cook.
I cook just about everything we eat from scratch so I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I cook plant based meals using fresh, whole ingredients and shop as locally as I can. I am always on the lookout for a great dish that is beautiful & healthy.
