What we're about
Let your voice be heard!
Voices of Harmony is a group that creates cross-cultural understanding and shares the wonderful sounds of music from cultures around the world. We invite all members of the community to join us in song and conversation!
Who's invited? We welcome anyone interested in joining a choir committed to building a better community through music and dialogue. All genders, all ethnicities and backgrounds, and all levels of singing experience welcome and encouraged!
What do we do together? The group meets every week to spend time together singing and sharing our perspectives through facilitated conversations about race, culture, and diversity in Boston. During our introductory meetings (the dates posted on Meetup), we introduce new members, have a conversation to get to know one another and teach a song.
When can I join? Seasons are typically Fall through Spring. At the beginning of each season, we hold an Introductory Meeting to invite new members. Mid-season, there are sometimes opportunities to sit in on a rehearsal, or to attend a performance. If you'd like to be on our notification list, email us (firstname.lastname@example.org), so that you can hear about our events and how to join us next Fall!
