We'll be diving deep into "pre-con" with an investor lens to understand why pre-con might be the right investment for you and when to walk away. If you have ever thought about pre-con condos as an investment, this is the meetup to attend!

We'll cover the good and more importantly, the bad:

- Cashflow and investment return analysis
- Exit strategies such as assignments
- Investment fundamentals and how they apply to pre-con
- Investment risks specific to pre-con and mitigation strategies
