Meetups are hosted at Monito's office in Lausanne (where one of the largest Vue.js websites in Switzerland is being developed) and are followed by an apéro with beers 🍻 and pizzas 🍕!
@Paul and @Stefano worked with React before switching to Vue.js when they joined Monito. They'll share their thoughts about the strength and weaknesses of both frameworks, as well as a lot of tips to make the transition easier.
The talk will be followed by an AMA (ask me anything) session where you'll have the possibility to ask Stefano and Paul all the questions you ask yourself about Vue.js

@Olivier's experience with Vue.js started four years ago when he migrated a monolithic PHP application to the first version of Vue.js. As the CTO of Monito, he grew the product taking advantage of the new features available in Vue.js 2 and then Nuxt.
He'll share his experience working with Vue.js on a website with hundreds of thousands of pages visited by half a million users each month, as well as his take on the evolution of the framework with the imminent release of Vue.js 3.
