This is a coached workout with Coach Joe Falcone : All levels welcome- group will stick together as it is intervals and will stay in parking lot so if anyone needs to leave a bit early, that's an option. Need 8 to commit! Meet and be ready to workout at 5am sharp. On the first week bring check or cash for $28- to cover the series and come early enough to sign a waiver or Venmo Coach Joe: @Joe-Falcone-6. This is dirt cheap even if you miss a week! RSVP so we can see interest level. Coach Joe Falcone will do a warm up run and speed intervals and strength exercises to make you a better, stronger, faster athlete. Every workout will be a new challenge. Coach Joe is a multiple 100 mile race finisher, death racer, Extreme Obstacle Racer, Firefighter, Dad and WEBE Junior Coach and will get you in better shape while keeping you injury free.
