What we're about

Our group is for anyone interested in natural health & wellness, fitness, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. We started this group to help support and foster WNY residents looking to connect with like-minded positive people. Our self-health model helps to educate and motivate others towards taking responsibility for their own health.

We host workshops and seminars on fitness, nutrition, cooking, wellness and do not sell any products, these events are informational NOT sales-based. (Those looking to join this group to network and sell their products/services are asked not to join.)
