Time to hit the holiday season with a bang! We are going to kick off December with a 21 Day Workout Challenge designed to keep you in shape through the holidays and start the new year off feelin AND lookin good!
WEEK 1, first meeting... We will be meeting at the West Of Chestnut Gym in Quincy Center at 6:00PM. I'll guide you through a 45 minute workout session that will include a bit of deep stretching and toning power yoga, cardio intensive & calorie burning HIIT routines, and a short, blissful meditation to finish our session. After our workout, we will hang out for a bit, sip on some locally made kombucha, and discuss the December 21 Day Challenge Guide Book provided (which can be followed from home). This is your blueprint for the 21 days. What to do for workouts each day, what to eat and when, and some tips and tricks to successfully finish the challenge. This challenge can be followed from home, the office, traveling, etc. We will finish up by 7PM, stragglers welcome to stay!
