  • WordPress Marketing Magic

    Etobicoke Civic Centre

Your presenter has had 6 weeks to get rid of the flu, repair his back and once again return to the The WordPress Marketing Spectrum. And in the process, the title to this presentation changed to: WORDPRESS MARKETING MAGIC This change in viewpoint came from additional research into the rapidly evolving set of tools and methods for Marketing on a WordPress website. Traditionally the predominating method has been the use of SEO tools to gain top of page rank in Google and other search engines plus use of Social Media pages to talk directly with customers and potential clients. This is the Attract phase of Marketing stepping into Calls To Action with direct appeals to customers via email marketing which offer free guidance, special discounts, extended support services etc. Over the past 5 years WordPress has built up a strong armory of Attract and capture tools including such SEO and Social Media Marketing plugins such as Yoast, SEOPress, Monarch, Yet Another Related Post, plus nearly a dozen others. Already one can see an array of SaaS tools and apps to suppliment Wp Marketing plugins But within the last 2 years a new generation of plugins and tools have appeared on the scene which are now emphasizing how to obtain conversions - this means getting visitors to respond to calls to action, email solicitations or trying out demo tools advice in exchange for subscribing to further special-offer links or online notifications. The new Conversion Marketing goes beyond old standbys like Content Marketing or SEO Rankings and gives visitors tangible "What We Can Do For You" help and direct offers to expedite conversions to buying service/product buying Going a step further, some websites are using Nurture and Conditional Conversion methods to not just gain but also retain satisfied customers. And as a result, the complete range WordPress Marketing tools are unmatched by other Web Development providers like Drupal, Joomla SquareSpace, Wix, Bootstrap and HTML Frameworks, etc. So come to the Meetup and see why WordPress Marketing has been at the top of the list of Toronto WordPress Meetup group members for the past 3 years and rightfully so given the Marketing Magic being introduced of late.
