Welcome to the WOMENS SMALL BUSINESS ASSOCIATION (WSBA) - Butler County!

WSBA is a resources for women to connect, learn practical and professional strategies from nationally and locally recognized experts, and network with peers.

Our mission: To become a valuable resource to business women, by helping and stimulating small and start up business throughout PA., through networking, opportunities, and education.

One of the most important goals of the WSBA is to foster women's economic independence by helping them develop skills needed for entrepreneurial success. WSBA believes strongly that self-employment is a viable and a needed option for all women.

Several chapters make up WSBA, and they cover 7 counties. Each chapter represents a county. Currently, we have 7 chapters. The Butler County chapter was started a little over 1 year ago, and it draws business women from the Cranberry and Butler areas. You are welcome to join our other chapters, and begin networking with business women specific to their area. Just click on the chapter link of your choice.

Mastermind Dinner Series - Exclusively for Premier Members

This event offers limited inclusion: This event is available for experienced entrepreneurs and business owners, and WSBA Premier Members . Premier members are encouraged to invite other experienced business owners. Please notify Debi Arnett of any guest(s) that are attending, with their name and business. General members may upgrade their membership. You are invited to connect with a community of supportive colleagues who brainstorm together to move the members to new heights. These seasoned businesswomen will give you feedback, help you brainstorm new possibilities, and will set up accountability structures that keep you focused and on track. You'll gain tremendous insights which improve your business and personal life. This mastermind event is like having an objective board of directors, a success team, and a peer advisory group, all rolled into one. This event will include a menu dinner, soft drinks, and cash bar Meeting Structure - Open Networking 5:30-5:45pm - Dinner served 5:45-6:05 -Introductions and accomplishments 6:05-6:35 -Peer to Peer Discussions 6:35-7:30 -Announcements & wrap-up 7:30 Please bring these items with you to the event. - Notepad and pen, business cards - One thing that was currently working really well in your business activities. - One thing you needed help on, were struggling with, or wanted to brainstorm on. - One resource, such as a blog, podcast, service, product that you believe others in the group would appreciate knowing about. Anyone responding to attend or bringing a guest will be responsible for payment for that cost per reservation. Cancellations will only be accepted up to Jan 24th without payment. Any no shows or late cancellations will be invoiced. Alcoholic beverages are available at additional charge.
