What we're about

This group is for you if you have too many things going on in your head, you're stressed, or you need space to think clearly or make some decisions. Walk and talk sessions in local parks and open spaces, run by Life Coach and mental wellbeing specialist Ruth Randall. Walk, talk, listen, get some gentle exercise and think clearly. Join in as much or as little as you want to, there's no pressure to talk, you'll get some clarity and be re-energised and refocused just by walking in the fresh air. But, if you want to get more from the session, take full advantage and either just talk through what's on your mind, or have some coaching with Ruth. 1-1 coaching also available. Come along, try it out. Any questions? Just send a message. Looking forward to meeting you soon.

Walk and Talk at Rickmansworth Aquadrome - Walking for Wellbeing (FREE)

This walk is for you if you have too many things going on in your head, you're stressed, or you need space to think clearly or make some decisions. A leisurely walk around the lakes and nature reserve at Rickmansworth Aquadrome, run by Life Coach and mental wellbeing specialist Ruth Randall. Walk, talk, listen, reflect, get some gentle exercise and space to think. Join in as much or as little as you want to. Whether you want to chat, or space to be with your thoughts, you'll get some clarity and be re-energised and refocused just by walking in the fresh air. If you'd like a different perspective on something, let me know beforehand or at the start of the walk, I can offer individual 20-minute coaching conversations to up to 3 people during the walk. If you're not sure what to expect, just come along and try it out. We run through everything at the start of the walk, and you're welcome to stay afterwards for a private conversation if you want to ask any questions. Anything you want to know beforehand, just send me a message. Meet in the car park by the entrance to the walk. Dress for the weather and your comfort, bring anything you think you need. See you there! Well behaved dogs are welcome, but please be aware there will be other dogs off-lead in the area. Dogs may need to be kept on leads in certain parts of the walk. *You are responsible for your own health and safety on this walk* To find out more about me and my work, please visit www.ruthrandall.com, or connect with me on social media (links in bio)
