What we're about

Gentle weight loss exercise
Come and join a free early evening walk-and-talk about healthy living in Regent’s Park once a week May-October, every Tuesday evening.
The aim is to get out and about (whatever the weather) and to share tips about keeping healthy. If you are trying to lose weight, take advantage of mutual support with a friendly group. If you simply want to maintain good health, then come with us and enjoy a pleasant evening walk in a living environment. Men and women of any age welcome.
Our round trip should take approximately 1½ hours, returning back down the hill to the Expresso Bar for a coffee and a chat.
Dog and wheelchair friendly.
Walking is one of the best forms of exercise, at any age.
