This group was formed to help inspire others to live healthier lives. Walking is one of the most effective ways to lose weight and stay healthy. Research shows that when people exercise in groups they are more likely to remain committed to exercise. There are multiple walking trails and parks in North Dallas. Let's get started!!!
This group is free to join and has a 60 day free period. During this period you can attend walks and get to know the group. After 60 days, their is an annual membership fee of $10. We use the fees to cover costs of maintaining the group and to plan special group events.
