    Meeting by BOOTS we shall take the 6.50pm train to Battersea Park which arrives at 6.54pm on this FREE evening walk. We shall walk along the Thames and visit the Pagoda after walking past the beautiful ponds of this wonderful park. We shall have a drink at around 8.15pm before taking the train back to Victoria.   • The lavendar fields,castle,villa and pretty Shoreham by the idyllic River Darent

    The most wonderful guided 8.5 mile country walk in the Darent Valley as featured recently on BBC1 Breakfast TV and yet so close to London ! Please bring £15 in cash by 9.50am in respect of group return tickets at £8.65 each in the north side of the river for the 10.42am train to Otford that arrives at 11.42pm and for the meetup fee of £5. Train ticket : return to Otford. Please use the toilets on the train as much as possible as there shall be no toilet stop at Otford train station. Please bring water, snacks and waterproof jacket and walking shoes/ boots/trainers. Also sunglasses, sun cream and sunhat. We shall first walk around 3 miles along a lovely country lane from Otford to Shoreham where we shall stop for lunch at the pub or at the vinyard although you may bring a packed lunch if you wish. Shoreham is the most beautiful village and you will have ample time to wander around and discover it for yourself. After 75 mins in Shoreham we shall meet by The Kings Arms pub then walk along the beautiful Darent Valley going past the wonderful lavender fields, which shall be looking their very best at this time of year, then passing Lullington Castle along the way and then we shall encounter the fantastic rolling hills before arriving in Eynsford approaching 4pm. Here in beautiful Eynsford we shall have a drink before taking the 5.11pm train back to London that arrives back at 6.04pm.   • Herne Bay to Westgate on Sea

    Lets go with the flow and do this really wonderful and varied 10 mile coastal walk - my favourite walk ! Please arrive by 8.50am so as to facilitate the purchase of group train tickets at £16.65 each to Westgate on Sea for the 9.40am train that arrives at Herne Bay at 11.08am. Train ticket : return to Westgate on Sea. Meetup fee £5. Please use the toilets on the train as much as possible as there shall be no toilet stop at Herne Bay train station. Please make sure you have adequate and appropriate insurance for this type of activity and you should be able to walk 2.5 miles per hour. Please bring packed lunch, water, snacks etc plus waterproof jacket and walking shoes / trainers. Also bring sunhat, suncream and sunglasses. We shall have lunch at Reculver - the stunning and dramatic ruins on the coast of a church dating back to the 13th century. There shall be ice cream !   • Cholsey to Pangboune via Goring Stunning Thames Path walk

    A most glorious and stunning 9.5 mile gently undulating walk that takes in wonderful Pangbourne, Coombe Park and the Goring Gap - one of the most beautiful and dramatic stretches of the River Thames ! Please arrive by 9.30am so as to facilitate the purchase of group return train tickets at £15.60each ( to Cholsey ) for the 10.15am train that arrives at Cholsey at 11.41am. Meetup fee £5. Please use the toilets on the trains as much as possible as there shall be no toilet stop at Cholsey train station. Please bring packed lunch, water, snacks etc plus waterproof jacket and walking shoes/ boots or trainers. Also sunhat, sun cream and sunglasses. We shall have an extended lunch break in delightful village of Goring and then have a drink in wonderful Pangbourne before aiming to take the replacement bus and train back at 6.05pm that arrives back at 7.08pm.   • Bewl Water - a most stunning walk

    A most stunningly beautiful 11 mile walk in the Sussex countryside and by a clockwise stretch of beautiful Bewl Water ! Bewl Water is a reservoir and is the biggest stretch of open water in the whole of the South East. Let's go with the flow ! Please only rsvp if you can walk 2.5 miles per hour and you should have adequate and appropriate insurance for this type of activity. Please arrive by 9.05am to facilitate the purchase of group train tickets - Wadhurst return - at £13 each for the train at 10am that arrives at 11.19am. Train ticket : Wadhurst return. Meetup fee £5. We shall have a drink at the end of the walk in Three Legs Cross before aiming to take the 254 bus at 4.54pm and then the train at 5.29pm that arrives back at 6.34pm.   • Otford to Eynsford along beautiful River Darent via stunning Shoreham

    Lets go with the flow and do this most charming and beautiful 8 mile walk in the River Darent Valley in Kent. This is a FREE walk. This walk is sensational with its rolling hills, the village of Shoreham, stunning lavender fields and castles and yet so close to London! Please arrive by 10.15am at the ticket office on the north side of the Thames so as to buy group return train tickets at around £8 each for the 10.46am train that arrives in Otford at 11.48am. Please bring water, snacks plus waterproof jacket and walking shoes/trainers/boots. Train return to Otford. You should be able to walk at 2.5 miles per hour. Please have adequate and appropriate insurance for this type of activity. Please note that there is a fairly testing hill towards the end of the walk. We shall have lunch in a pub in Shoreham for around 75 mins ( packed lunch optional ) and commence walking again at 1.45pm and then visit a pub at the end of the walk in beautiful Eynsford and then aim to take the 5pm train that arrives back by around 6pm. After eating lunch at either Lower Slaughter or Bourton on the Water we shall then walk by River Windrush to stunning Naunton where we shall have a drink. Total miles - 9.
