Hill Repeats

Let's meet by the high school near the yellow gate that blocks the access road. We'll do an easy 1-2 mile warm up either on the road or on the trails together.

Then move into hill repeats for about 30 minutes - everyone will go at their own pace/intensity. After we'll do a group cool down.
