We'll run from the cafe to the river path, go west to Prospect Street, and double back along the river. Finishing up with one loop around the common to make it an even 2 miles; sprinting parts of the common loop encouraged but optional. Since it's an out and back we can spread out at different paces to accommodate beginner to advanced runners, but still start and finish together. Coffee/goodies at the cafe afterwards is also optional but highly recommended :-).
This is a great way to get into running, introduce your friends to the group, or just start your Saturday on a high note. All ages and levels welcome.
