Run Harvard Stadium steps with November Project

I've always wanted to do this ever since my neighbor told me about it. 37 sections. 1147 giant steps. I'm leaving Waltham center at 6am. Email me if you'd like to carpool; I've got room for 4 more.

Yeah I'll definitely post a review/comment for this meetup to let you know the details and how it went. Just make sure you check back to this page since this meetup will fall off the front page after tomorrow morning. I know Puma is handing out free winter fitness gear to all attendees once per week at November Project events this month, so there's a 33% chance I'll get some good schwag.

This was a good time with a good group. The stadium is 37 sections. The steps are TALL; it's like running up stairs two at a time. It was a great workout and a lot of fun; I'll def. do it again.
Today was a special workout doing 50 sections. Most beginners take about 45 mins to do 37 sections. It took me 69 minutes to do the 50, so I got back to Waltham a little after 8am. Parking was easy; I parallel parked right alongside the stadium. I entered (following others I saw) around Gate J or K. We started at section 37. Organizers are really friendly and runners were encouraged to meet and greet at the beginning. I got a lot of support from the people I climbed with.
The women's restroom was open when I left. I tried a few doors to the mens rooms and they were all locked. It's possible that one was open and I just didn't find it. As things get colder they may all end up being locked so I'd say just plan ahead.
I hope some more runners from WTR can come with next time!

    Hey,
I can't do it tomorrow but plan on doing it later on this month. Could you write a feedback note on your experience? Parking options? That would be awesome. Thanks! Have a great time!
