Description: As our desert summer turns up her heat, hike with us to discover an oasis where natural springs pump out thousands of gallons of crystal clear 72-degree water every minute. The trail down is wide and very easy as it was once an old road but is now closed to vehicles. The beginning of the trail is mostly desert but as we descend into the canyon the vegetation changes until we are finally amongst tall Sycamore trees, Oak trees, fern grottos and wild blackberry bushes. Once we reach the bottom of the canyon, we will reach a streambed and the trail then becomes a footpath to riparian beauty. There we’ll eat a picnic lunch and swim.
