Description: The trek starts at the First Water Trailhead and follows the Second Water Trail (236) east to Garden Valley. From Garden Valley an unmarked horse trail heads northwest to Hackberry Spring. From the Spring take First Water Creek bed south to Second Water Trail; No route finding skills are necessary on this trail, and most hikers will enjoy the rock and sometimes boulder filled paths. Our mileage and time are variable depending on how long we enjoy the views from the top and how many breaks we take. When you RSVP, mention if you're going to meet at the carpool location or at the trailhead.
