    Wandsworth Property Network welcomes: Panel focused on Raising Funds through equity for Development Deals Build to Rent- The Opportunities with Andy Pointon Andy Pointon Andy joined Allsop in 2006, working in the Commercial National Investment team and rising to Partner in 2015. Using his understanding of complex investment transactions and forward funding of commercial development, he has transferred his expertise into becoming a specialist Build to Rent investment and development advisor. Using his established institutional contact base, Andy understands key investor requirements in the BTR market. His skill is to evolve the concept of a BTR scheme into reality, from core BTR sector principles through to viability and eventual funding. Predominantly advising developers, Andy works closely with design and professional teams to create an opportunity suitable for investors. He also advises investors on acquisitions and underwriting of investment criteria. Andy leads the Build to Rent team at Allsop who have advised on over £1bn of investment/development, valuation and consultancy projects to date. He has a wide client base ranging from SME developers/landowners, through to large national developers and national/international investment funds.
