-Tax Planning & Exit Strategies

- Luke Hamill- Personal 14 year property journey.

Anil is the founding director of Kumar Strategic Consultants Ltd Ltd having originally set it up as a sole practice in 1985. He therefore has substantial experience (almost 30 years) in working closely with small and medium sized enterprises. In 2011 he was chosen to accompany a business delegation organised by UKTI to India with a view to increase trade between the two countries. More recently he personally met the Chief Minister of the state of Gujarat in India - Mr Narendra Modi to discuss plans for real estate and tourist development in the city of Ahmedabad.

Our second speaker is Luke Hamill (via skype)

Over the past 14 years, Luke Hamill has experienced the highs and lows of most asset classes. Luke invests mostly in Northampton multilets.

Be there to learn lessons that will make you money and prevent you from losing your hard earned savings.

Luke is keen to share

-how and why property leaves all other investments behind.

- how scaling up your business will smash investment returns promised by your financial adviser.

-how you can leverage other people to help you build and run your property business

-how you can start or scale a property business as you work

-how you can overcome health challenges to create your own wealth, health and happiness

Luke is an inspiration who has overcome and triumphed in circumstances that would floor most of us. For the first time, Luke is here to share lessons that have exploded his income whilst slashing his risk. Aside from teaching how to build a property portfolio from scratch or sky rocket your existing property portfolio, Luke is passionate about sharing lessons that have benefitted his health, relationship and leisure time.

We look forward to welcoming you to an evening that will be packed with content that promises to get you where you deserve to be.

“ Good, well informed, small enough to network. ”

— Peter Maxwell on Feb 20, 2013.

“ After having attended several property meetings, my expectations were really low in advance of this meeting. I was happily surprised about the caliber of the people and the panel Brendan had gathered. It was very useful, and I can highly recommend it to anyone with or without experience in property investing. ”

— christopher vik on Nov 16, 2012.

“ What a fantastic meetup! Interesting & topical content given by guests speakers and invaluable advice, knowledge and experience shared by members of the panel. I highly recommend attending if you have any questions regarding property investing or if you simply want to enjoy the company of truly successful Property Investors. I am only just starting out as a Property Investor and cannot thank everyone who attended for the advice and support I have received so far. Brilliant! Definitely see you at the next event! ”

— Nina Johannessen on Nov 15, 2012.

“ Fantastic. I always walk away with renewed vigour and solutions to property problems that I had not considered myself. What the regular attendees don't know about property at this event probably ain't worth knowing! ”

— James Gallagher on Oct 23, 2012.

“ 5 Star! Anyone interested in property investing especially in the residential market - this must be the best Network Event they could possibly attend. The quality and expertise remains exceptionally high, Brendan runs a small but perfectly formed event. If you're interested in property - DON'T MISS IT!!!!! ”

— Alex McKellar on Oct 19, 2012.

“ This is where the experts meet the experts! Anybody who is looking for a wealth of information will be surrounded by a wealth of knowledgeable and very helpful people. Everybody likes to be in a position to do business. However this is one of the least "pitchy" groups. More help less people trying to flog you snake oil. I like it! ”

— Barry Danser on Oct 13, 2012.
