Just a group looking for opportunities to get together & get fit. Large age range, say 35ish to 60ish. Mainly for women who are somewhat fit but would like to be better & need tips, inspiration, & accountability. For the Winter, I'll suggest meeting at the mall for walking. The best time for me to meet is weekday mornings/ early afternoons, sometimes weekend mornings. Open to suggestions of fitness classes, meal prep classes, healthy living ideas.
