Whether you’re new to DIY or a veteran, join us for a fun and informative DIY cleaners workshop hosted by Green at Home and the Women’s Healthy Environment Network!
Did you know that conventional cleaners typically contain chemicals that disrupt hormone function and can contribute to asthma and allergies? In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn about the benefits of homemade green cleaners, see first hand how easy they are to make, and take home samples of each to try at home!
We’ll be making:
- laundry detergent
- all-purpose spray
- tub and tile cleaner
- toilet cleaner
- glass/mirror cleaner
You can bring your own jars and spray bottles to bring each product home with you; alternatively, you may purchase containers at the event for $5 (select the appropriate ticket at checkout).

Do you use fragrance?
I give the option to add essential oils to the products. We discuss this at the event, and we will not use them if anyone has concerns. You are welcome to bring your own oils if you wish.
